Finnish Glass Biennale, Open Call for Satellite Events

This is the open call application form for the Finnish Glass Biennale events. We recommend filling out the form as early as possible in planning the event. The earlier we know about the events, the better we are able to support the organizers and plan event communication. Filling out the form takes about 15 minutes. The application period is 27 November 2024 – 16 February 2025.  

After filling out the form, you will receive a message that the form has been received. We will get back to you as soon as possible; no later than 28 February 2025. A participation fee of €80 (+ 25% VAT) will be charged for the selected events.

Please note that registration is binding. By filling out the form, you give your consent for Riihimäki City and Luovi Productions to contact you. 

If you have to cancel your event, please send a written notification by email to communications@luovi.com no later than 28 February 2025. If you have not canceled your event by this day, we will charge the full participation and additional service fee. By completing this form, you agree to these terms.
