Open Call 2026

This is the open call application form for the Fiskars Village Art & Design Biennale parallel events. We recommend filling out the form as early as possible in planning the event. The earlier we know about the events, the better we are able to support the organizers and plan event communication. Filling out the form takes about 15 minutes. The application period is 26 February – 17 May 2026.

We will contact all applicants no later than 22 May 2026.

A participation fee will be charged for events, determined by the size of the organising entity.
Participation fees:

75 € (+VAT 25,5%): operators/organizations of 1–2 employees
250 € (+VAT 25,5%): operators/organizations of more than 2 employees

Please note that registration is binding. By filling out the form, you give your consent for Luovi Productions to contact you.

If you have to cancel your event, please send a written notification by email to communications@luovi.com no later than 1 June 2025. If you have not canceled your event by this day, we will charge the full participation and additional service fee. By completing this form, you agree to these terms.
